How to make an appointment?
It is necessary to call in advance as WE ATTEND BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
What clothes are the most appropriate to wear?
It is advisable to wear comfortable clothing that allows movement. In some cases, it may be necessary to partially undress, so we recommend wearing comfortable underwear.
How many times will I have to go?
The number of necessary sessions cannot be determined, since it varies depending on each individual.
Is it suitable for an elderly person or a child to attend the appointment?
YES, since our methods are not aggressive and are personalized; we adapt to each person, always respecting their preferences and needs.
What happens if I am late?
To not affect other customers, the session will start and end at the reserved time. IN CASE OF DELAY BY THE CLIENT, THEY WILL LOSE THAT TIME AND MUST PAY FOR THE FULL SESSION, so we recommend being present a few minutes in advance.
What happens if I can't attend the appointment?
It is important to notify in advance in case you cannot attend, since we only work by appointment. IN CASE OF NOT SHOWING UP, WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE (24h), THE SESSION WILL BE CHARGED EQUALLY. LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO COME. In case of repeatedly missing appointments without prior notice, we reserve the right to refuse future appointments.
